Firmware update on TA 8000i

Hi everyone,

Having trouble with updating to latest FW if this is the latest Firmware:

When I put it on USB stick formatted to Fat32 it takes it, but Firmware update screen says NO CHANGE for ANYTHING on the machine which is a bit weird considering the fact that the Machine has older Firmware:

Initially I thought Paper Cut is causing trouble in UPDATING firmware, however I tried the exactly same USB stick in our office machine and same result.

Any insights? See below New and Old Firmware currently loaded.

What a dipstick I am, should have thought about it earlier. Will try tomorrow. Just one of those days. Thanks Eric!

I am going ballistic. Have tried 5 different USB sticks..1GB to 8GB and with or without partitions. Fat16 Fat32 ..even NTFS

Some had LEDs some without same result...

Which brand you recommend?

Tried Lexar, Kingston, and some non branded...same result

FOUND Generic USB 2GB Fat 32 and it worked. All I need is patience.
