    [Error Code] KM-3530 C7400

    Hi, I have problem with KM-3530 and the error code is C7400. I found out that the problem is in the Main PCB. Is there a way how to reset is? Thank you very much?

      Image Production unit problem. Manual has check the connection then replace the unit.

              The main board is not detecting the image formation unit, does not mean the Main board is defective.

                  Thanks for the reply. I have tried testing a new board from a good machine and the error is gone. Then the suspected board with error is tested on another machine then the error appears. I was just wondering if the error can still be repaired or reset, if not then i guess i have to replace a new one
