Hi, had this other day after adjusting the fuser bracket without a jig. Revisited and realigned with jig and also saw the fuser drive was very stiff and not running freely as it should. Stripped out the drive and cleaned off all grease/oil someone had squirted in there and run as free as anything. Nasty job to refit mind...
          Error not returned since though!!

i had this just yesterday, i replaced the transfer unit, since the cover over the motor was jammed into the flywheel and causing it to bog down. that put strain on the motor and caused it to fail. perhaps the issue is related to the cover rubbing the motor flywheel.

I had this code last week after replacing the transfer belt assembly during a PM. Turns out I had slightly pulled out the connector for the motor on the PCB end. It looked like it was ok, but when I pushed on it, it snapped into place correctly

There is a contact on the back of the transfer belt on the motor side that gets covered with toner and cause arching which cause that code. Remove transfer belt clean the contacts and your code will go away.
