Konica Minolta Ikon CPP550 Touch Screen Not Working (Temperature?) or ( Bad Screen?)

    Hello,
I have a Ikon CPP550 Konica Minolta machine that the touch screen just kinda stopped working.
I am wondering if temperature has anything to do with it or it's just a bad screen.

I saw another post that said the "hot air trick" don't know what that is.

    Can Anyone help me.

    thanks
    Gio

    Touchpanel must be replaced.

Just the touch screen of the whole control panel?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Just the touch screen. The other hard buttons work fine.
        Thank you.
