    km 2550

    kyocera mita 2550 giving black band(5cm width) on the back of copiies, i cleaned charge rollers,cleaned develping unit etc. but problom still persists,pls help. thanks in advance.

    If its only on the "back" of the copies, I suggest you start looking at the transfer roller/area. Or press roller in the fsr unit.

      Is your line more like a very dark background type thing... starts really dark then lightens up and dissapears... and at the very top of leading edge of the sheet? If so my my first guess would be the toner (probably non OEM?)...

          Lines can be caused by several different things.. scan and post if possible, otherwise more description would help as well.. is the line consistant in length/width... is it across the page or lead to trail... etc...
