    ERROR C6400 ON KM1500

    Dear Friends,

I want to thank this community for the support it has encouraged among technicians.
I have a Kyocera Mita 1500 with the error c6400.
    How do I clear it?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

This is a zero crossing error often caused by power surges. The only clear that I know of is to do a fuser reset, simulation 163.

This is not a laser/polygon motot error. It is caused usually by power fluctuations the power supply and or engine boards cause it. Fuser clear will correct it.
            Zero-crossing signal problem
The engine board (KP-5061) does notdetect the zero-crossing signal for thetime specified below. At power-on: 3 s
            Others: 5 s

This will not work for KM1500. It doesn't has system menu/counter key.
