Kyocera / Copystar 5550CI color copier

How reliable is the Color Copier CS-5550ci ? Any issues with copy quality, fuser components, toner dust and yield?, etcetc

I have the option of Installing instead a Sharp MX-5111N, is anyone with experience in both brands willing to share their insights?

Have one in the field, prints good, looses quality in copying. Already replaced Fuser within 120,000 the belt walked off the end.
Overall machine works well, not as well as the claims made in it's behalf. Don't know about the Sharp.
