[Jamming] TaskAlfa 3050ci jam

Hi Guys . I have a big,big problem : j9009 and j9410 with dp-771 installed on a taskalfa 3550 ci .

I cleaned all sensor , upgraded fimware ( ver 4.23 ) but nothing ...

Ideas ????

this might help .go into u460 adjusting conveying sensor , if its turned on turn it off .if its turned off turn it on .this has helped me on a few df problems

So, did you shut the skew sensor off as suggested?

Do you have to turn that on somewhere? I see that main. mode in the manual, but not on the machine.

It only shows up depending on which document feeder is installed.
