I have a 2550 with 600k copies. I am getting a j-12 from cassette 2. I have changed the feed, separation and h-pick rollers on feed section. i have changed the clutch out. If you print normal protrait style no jam. If you try landscape it jams. also jams on legal and ledger paper through cassette 2.

trade tray 1 with 2 feed units and see if problem moves to tray 1

Of course this model doesn't have the traditional Kyo feed units that swap.

But you should look closely at the registration switch, the rear side should have a spring to assist in the return. The spring disappears.

Hi, is it jamming every time or intermittant?
One thing to check is if the tray has been set to a specific size in the menu settings,as this may over-ride the auto paper size detect.
