    [Error Code] KM 2560

Hi can anyone send me procedures on how to install a firmware on the KM 2560 machine. I have tried all sorts of methods, but now I have come to a dead end, and I need urgent help on this one.

There are four ways to get the firmware and instructions you need:
    1. Use your log-in and get the firmware (and service manual for instructions) from KDA
    2. Ask your Service Rep
    3. Pray someone here will give them to you for free
    4. Contact Paul with www.justmanuals.com

    Good luck!

Get a USB Drive (4GB's seem to work best). Put it in a PC, format it FAT32, get the firmware, unzip the folder and copy the contents of the unzipped folder to the usb drive. Shut the 2560 off, plug in the usb, turn the machine on, it will start the firmware update. It would be wise to do a u917 first, and print out a maintenance report and settings page prior, just incase.

Make sure to have it on the root of the drive and not in a folder for it to update firmware.
