sleep mode issue

Hello,

I have a little problem with sleep mode with my Kyocera device for a customer.

Device : FS C2626 and TA 4550

Problem :
after some time of inactivity the device stuck.
For 2626, unable to use or print, red warning diode up. A reboot resolve the problem If the device is not connect to network, no stuck.
For 4550, unable to use or print, reboot resolve the problem. Stop sleep mode resolve the problem.

My first question : I'm unable to stop sleep mode in FS C2626, it's normal ?
My second question : do you know any problem with network card or do you know this problem and correction ?

Upgrade the firmware. Sometimes the machine won't wake up from sleep mode. Has something to do with the processors not waking up in time.

i have already the last firmware for all device (it's worse with the last firmware ... :'( )
