Kyocera FS 3140 Printer error Code C0100

Hi..

Printer is working fine but when its under power saver mode and some fire a print command its gives error C0100.

in manuals its showing that EEPROM Backup Memory Device Problem.

please help to resolve this issue.

Error is related to Main board and i just want to know that is there any option like init. all Memory. or init back up memory.. I am going to update Firmware , I will tell you once i done it..

Nothing worked... Finally I have replaced main logic card.. and its working OK now.

Try to put the printer in "Quick Recovery Mode" instead of "Power Saver Mode"... this has corrected some of our flaky issues in the past.

Finally found firmware to resolve this issue..there is a technical bulletin from Kyocera and firmware version is S2MG_2F00007003.

Usually its a Firmware issue. Try to load base firmware first then normal latest firmware. If this fails...you will have to replace the controller PWB.

Sorry for typing mistake..... for KM-3140 firmware is S2LX_2F00009002 and for KM-3140+ it is S2MG_2F00007003.. just for your information.
