black copy

sir,
in fs6030 kyocera print is coming fine.but copy is coming in black(full).no visible matter.I think from ccd to printer communication or p c b having problem.

I'm not too familiar with the 6030 , but ....

Is the lamp coming on ?
Have you checked for any obstructions under the glass ?
Check the connections on all the cables .
Is the copy black when on the glass AND thru the ADF ?

In FS 6025, faulty engine board cause this problem. I believe both models (6025/6030) are identical.

hai.the engine pcb to be replaced.....there is a SB also available,for this problem....
fs6030and fs6530 not having same engine pcb. both are different.... fs6530 is a updated one....
