    3550ci Job Accounting misbehavior!

    lately, anybody else seen Job Accounting glitchs where the endusers password suddenly stop working,(worked fine for months) giving a beep and an "Invalid Account error" at the 3550ci copier screen?

    users are a mix of XP and W7 printing thru a W2K8,R2 server with ver6 KX driver shared out.


    i had them set "Unknown ID Job" under Job Accounting to Permit for now..thus users can type in any code for printing to be joyful again... im told its the 64bitW7 workstation that cant print ..havent gone out to account yet..

      Had a couple of glitches using the ver6 driver.rolling back to ver5 has solved them until an update to ver6 becomes available

          and i so trust tech support when they sy "do you have the latest firmware? and "are you using the latet ver 6 driver?" sigh....

              I had one machine lose it's job accounting information...had to format the HDD...
