Kyocera 3035 display shows there is a paper back of 1.st cass.

Hi,
The machine display shows a paper back of 1st casette as ssoon as place the casette.Lift motor and paper out sensor work well.I've change lift motor 2nd casette.Still problem same castte.
No jam explanation about this message on service book.
And ''close paper cassette 1'' shows when the machine turned off and on.Pull the casstte and then push inside same thing.

Lift motor turns when the cassette out.I've change the switch but still works.

Hi try to check paper sensor to tray 1 if is working well
