[Jamming] Taskalfa 6500 jam code 9310/9610 only on scan mode

hi guys,
i have a peculiar jam problem in two TA6500i machine. when making copy from document feeder there is no problem at all. but if we are scanning from DF ,after 43 pages the DF will give a jam code 9610 or 9310 . we didn't face any problem in copy operation at any time.we did simulation 203 also,no problem found..... i did FW update.version 2LF-2F00-003-103.I did HDD format also... no result...
the other machine also giving same problem ,only the counting differs....
i hope its related to software issue... any solution guys......
