[Error Code] TaskAlfa 820i Error code C3900

Hi All,

I have a TA 820i that has a intermittent fault of C3900 (backup error,scanner pwb)

so far we have uploaded the latest FW and changed the scanner pwb and complete document feeder but the problem remains.

has anyone had this before?? solution???

any help much appreciated as I'm pulling my hair out on this one.
