Customer wants to print addresses on envolopes. Install them in bypass right. She gets PRINTING ERROR when she trys to print them. Can you advise me on what settings to make.

That's very nice of you. I have the manual tho.
I did program the bypass for #10 envolopes and customer has to get up and press the PRINTER button and then the GO button to get it to print. It's kind of a pain to do that.

make sure your print driver is set to what your mp tray is set for or yes the machine will yell because it wants a certain paper type and size."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."
