I really appreciate your help in the past. Is there a united copier tech beer fund I could contribute to?
I seem to be having a paper feed issue. Please tell me if I can even do what I am trying to do here.
We are attempting to feed 12 x 18 paper from tray 1 or 2 or the bypass and it will not feed. It jams every time. If we use the same sheet and cut it down to 8.5 x 11 I can get it to feed from tray 3 or 4 with an occasional jam.
The paper is 100 gloss cover (9pt).
Is it even possible to make this work or am I out of luck?
