KM 3035 Printer and Copier priority not working anymore

Hello-
We set up our KM 3035 and whenever we printed to the unit, the print job would automatically start without having to press the printer button or job queue button. Now the print job just sits in the queue and you have to manually push the printer button in order for the job to print and then press the copier button to make copies. I have looked through the manuals and do not see where this can be adjusted/fixed back to the way it was. I had a repair manual at one time and can't locate it now either so if anyone minds pointing me where one is available I would appreciate it. The touch screen has started acting up and looks like it needs a new tablet touchscreen so I need to look at the repair manual to assist in the this. I would appreciate your assistance!!

I have found my service manual thanks! I just can not figure out how to fix the print situation. I would appreciate some assistance on that.

the usual reason for this happening is the document sent to machine is the wrong size and the machine cannot find the paper size asked for.make sure your paper tray is showing the same size as the paper in your printer preferences.

Check the OP manual.
They could be sending a metric job to an inch machine or vis versa.
Set one tray to a4 size and see if it tries to print.

Print jobs are being sent correctly. I used the hot air trick for the touch screen seal edge and sure enough it fixed both the buttons and the printing. But of course, it is not lasting. Thus, I am trying to make sure what parts I need to get for the repair. Does the 2fg27150 (which is the tablet touchscreen) come with the seals or are the seals a separate part number. I appreciate the assistance!

The tablet PCB sponges are not included with the Tablet PCB.

Thank you. I just took OP apart and cleaned it. All is working at the moment but I am going to go ahead and order the tablet as well as the sponges to have ready when it goes out again. For those that need to know, the sponges part numbers are 2BJ25270 and 2BJ25280 (you need 2 of each for a total of 4). Hopefully, they still have the sponges available!
