Can anyone help me diagnose what a C7250 error code is on a Kyocera Taskalfa 400i please? Also actions to remedy the error code would be most appreciated.

thermistor 2 is short circuited or broken.you could try a 163 reset after you have repaired it.most likelt you`ll need to replace the fuser assy

Sorry to sound a bit nieve but I dont usually work on these machine and its a favour for a friend. replacing the fuser isnt a problem, however how do I carry out a 163 reset, through the operating panel?

I have fixed the above error I now have a C700 error any ideas. Also if someone could point me in the right dierction of where I might be able to purchase/download a service maual for this mfp, as Kyopcera themselves where about as useful as a chocolate firegard!
