Hi I'm facing an error code C9530. In the manual it instructs us to contact "The Service Administrative Division", but still no reply from Australia on what the actual problem is. Anybody encountered this problem before?...Help please.

Got a reply from Australia on this matter, they said that Japan came back to them and said that this error code cannot be reset. So technically what they saying is that the machine is total junk, and can never be used again. Damn it.The secrete of staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly and lie about your age.....
