CS-500Ci VRS CS-4550Ci Which is best

looking to replace an Aficio 3245C with one of these and need to know which is best? we have 8, 250/500 in the field and they seem fine. but no CS 4550's in the field. volume should be fine as the Ricoh only has 223k B/W and 110K color on it. just not sure about the newer 4550 copiers.

I know but we have access to a new CS-500 and the cost is lower for the 500. so I was wanting to know if the newer one was any better or I am just fine with offering the 500 to my client.

The 4550ci is a superior product that maintains print productivity by keeping up with toner consumption. The 500ci dead cycles alot to replenish. Induction fusing and led exposure are nice updates over the 500ci. If your customer wants to connect to a mail service that uses TLS then the 4550ci is your only choice. Hope this helps
