Kyo FS 9520 lite
Hi all, we hve a customer with a Kyocera FS9520 that will print lite only on duplex. Half the page is lite and this is the first side printed. The other side is fine. My boss remembers on the copiers a setting in the 900's
that you would change from old to new, but there is no setting on this printer (per the manual).
We just took over service on this printer so it has probably been happening for a while but the previous company never took care of it.
We do have the original manual for this machine
Would anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem?
