    CS-1820 Maint Mode?

    How do I get into the maintnance modes on a Copystar CS-1820? 10871087 didn't work for me.
    Who wants a Hulka Burger?

    system menu key scrul to service press start # and enter key select maintance key press enter

      Enclosed is the Maintenance Section for a KM-1820 which is essentially the same as the CS-1820. If you have a fuser error make sure you have the top cover open when you turn on the machine. They neglect to tell you that in the manual. Hope this helps.

        Press the system menu/counter key.
        Select Service.
        Hold down "Start" and "#", press "enter".
        Select Maintenance mode.
        Press "enter".
        Select desired maintenance mode, press "enter".
        Turn power off and on to exit maintenance mode.
