5035 with J21 paper jams out of high capacity only

5035 with J21 paper jams out of high capacity only I have replaced the feed and sep roller in the tray. I am normally a HP printer tech, but customer wanted me to check it out. When it jams it usually has a piece of paper half way thru the delivery assy and one in the area just above the high capacity tray. Any help would be appreciated.

Look for bits of the tranny roller assy laying in the guides.

You might consider replacing the entire exit assy, it sits there being cooked by the fuser all day, also toner will build up on the ribs.
