[Jamming] TASKalfa 6500i/8000i J-000 Intermittent initial jam

Hi, We have a TASKalfa 6500i/8000i that intermittently reports j-000 which is initial jam on start up. I know any sensor can trigger this if there's something blocking a sensor on powering up the machine. Just wondering if there's anything we can do to narrow it down or any sort of common faults that can cause this?

I'd tell customer to NOT switch OFF or reboot the machine if it is showing jammed paper. Or before they do, they should mark down the jam that is shown on diplay a.e. J0523 etc
