FS-C2126MFP printing magenta very faint and sometimes not at all.

My client's FS-C2126MFP+ prints very faint magenta. It is a brand new magenata toner cartridge and the status bar shows 100% (very faintly). After some test prints now the magenta is not showing on the status page (status bar) and Brown color is now blue.
What could be the cause?

What have you done besides print the status page? Have you checked the developer? Drum?

I think there is some bulletins on the connectors/springs for this? I can't look now for them but will check later. Run dev refresh a couple of times to see if it will recover. Swap the devs around ie, Magenta for Cyan and see if the fault follows. If so dev faulty if not look at connections and beyond.

Thanks for the feedback. I have swapped the magenta drum with yellow drum - same problem. Refreshed the developer and same problem. It points to Magenta Developer Unit (probably developer toner has run out). With try to replace the Dev unit. Rgds JC
