I'm not aware of a bulletin regarding these machines "going dead".

Have you been able to diagnose what the issue is? Were both printers in the same building? Same room?

We have seen the Main PWB being the issue on power-related problems on several FS1135MFP's, which would likely be a problem on FS1035MFP as well.

Machines are in two different locations. 1st one was the main. I'm leaning to main again here that's why I'm curious of a bulletin

Any resolution on this? I just had one die today, was plugged into surge strip, there has been some electrical storm activity around here lately and the customer site may have lost power. No other equipment failures on site though.

Our machine clicks once when the power button is pushed, and does nothing, no lights, sounds or activity.

        Any info will be appreciated!

FS1028,1128, 1035 & 1135, all have 24 volts supplied to the main board, small power units on the main board regulate it to the voltage the board needs, 3.3 volts 1.8 volts etc. There are some IC's in these circuits that have been known to fail. So your power supply is probably good and your main board is possibly defective.
