    Kyocera FS-C2626mfp jamming

I've got this machine intermittently not picking up paper from the paper tray. Customer says it mostly when they put paper in the tray and reinsert the tray. It grabs the paper , very slightly, then stops. I tested it for 20 mins without a jam but customer insists this happens often. I've already fitted the feed tyres last week, so they are brand new.
has anybody had paper feed jamming problems on this model?
    thanks

The paper out actuator will bind to paper when paper is lifted. This can be tested by inserting paper tray with only one sheet. The actuator will penetrate the paper if actuator is hanging down too straight. there needs to be a slight angle.

Try a search for this problem on this site. Its says to remove a clip on the feed assembly.I was a little sceptical at first, but had the same issues as yourself, and after removing this clip the fault has'nt returned in over 6 weeks.to look at it you would'nt think it would make a difference but for whatever reason it worked
