Several problems but toner not adding is the worst. Mods released recently. Gotta almost take it down to the frame. Ridiculous! Anyone else having to deal with this?

Yea, you are late to the party. I dealt with this a couple of times last year. Take the machine to the shop, get the hinge and the mod parts for the left side. It will take most of the day to tear it down to the frame and rebuild. -

What does it say in the display? the only other thing i know of is the toner cartridge opening mech not aligned.
silly Question maybe! is there toner in the cartridge? have you not the customer put a new one in and seen what happens.

Take all the toners out. open and close the top and watch to see if the couplers are going in and out.Comment

I love the customer calls on these when they say "I can't get the toner cartridge out. It's stuck." and my reply is "Move the machine about 6 inches forward from the wall"."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

I perfectly timed all 4 of the toner openers
And and all the toner is brand new OEM.
I also checked out how the toner openers were doing without toner in. Flawless. Its dumb. Still only doing it on magenta.
Is it possible for the toner openers to get off time? Like just one? And if so can I use pliers to correct it? Like a riso drum driveComment
