Has any one see these jam codes yet. One of my guyes was working on it. He said that the paper just stops.I am going out there today.

I have seen it and working on one now. This machine is a new install and has Multiple Multiple DP jams. Kyocera tech support says the Retard Roller may have too much tension and to remove clutch, clean with alcohol, add a very thin layer of oil as grease shipped with machine may have coagulated. Also to check timing sensor for debris.

Our is a brand new install and not good, and so far have not had the ability to try these measures on DP.

Our problem extends to cassette number 1 not feeding correctly either. Any other experiences?

He did not tell me the whole story. It ended up being that he had a sensor unplugged. I did cl the tires and clutch while i was troubleshooting the issue. It has been working fine since then.

hai...open the top cover and run sim203 with paper at normal speed.....check the two photo interrupters and its actuators ...some time the actuator will not move properly,to close the interrupter... may be its staying in one position or not enough to close the interrupter....
