255c error code F040

Replaced Main PWB; now getting an F040 error code. Checking cables and connections but no luck so far. Any thoughts?

Were you getting the F040 error before replacing the Main PWB? Have you tried powering the printer on with the communication cable unplugged and see if the error returns? Make sure print queue is cleared out as well.

We were getting the C3200 error. Sent the board off for repair. Now getting the F040 error.

You have to run u004 to set the s.n.

Cable from Main PWB to Engine PWB was turned around.
