Please help with Kyocera c2630 - c7101 error code

Kyocera c2630 - C7101 error

Hi guys, my customer just put in a call for this c7101 error code. When i make more than one copy the error appears. When you open and close the front cover the error dissapears but when you make new copies the error reappears. In the manual it says something about the black dev unit? Anyone had this, any advice, what is causing this?
