FS-1128MFP - Scanning Issue

Hi All,

Anybody had this before on a Kyocera Fs-1128mfp where the user scans 4 pages to a folder on their pc in jpeg format all 4 pages come through , the first page is correct but the remaining 3 pages are blank?

jpeg is a single page format. Scan each page individually.

Scanning all 4 to pdf or tiff should work fine.

Thanks darry1322 for the reply - well you learn something new everyday!! Have informed the user to use pdf instead.
