We had a new machine doing this last week. I was told techs replaced sensor and junction pcb on right door assy and problem was solved.

How hard is it to take the sensor out, the manual is not very clear on disassembly of this!

Sorry for the late reply, but had to contact tech that was working on machine. Our problem turned out to be jam 4401. Duplex sensor 1, the duplex motor 1 had shorted took out relay pcb. This was a new machine out of the box. Both sensors are easy to replace. Dup 1 sensor is accessed from top. Dup 2 sensor is accessed by removing cover for junction pcb then removing the transfer roller assy. You should check them with simulation . Their is a tech bulletin where you can get a harness that allows you to keep side unit open to troubleshoot. Thanks
