Just got a new 4500i and the 2 sided to 2 sided icon is missing. Had a look in the system menu but there was nothing obvious. U/G f.w still missing. The 2 single sided to 1 double sided icon is there. Any ideas?

Got it, apparently It requires optional memory installed. Why would you have this as an option ill never know. The copier comes with a duplex fitted yet i have to buy a memory to use it. so retarded ........I can understand this on a small copiers but not on a larger/faster once. -
The dual scan feeder requires 2gb to operate correctly. The older copiers only have 1GB.. The newer models come w 2gb standard.Comment
