    Can someone explain to me how to use OCR functionality on Kyocera Copiers ?

      go to Kyocera's site and look at the HyPASS apps for best descriptions

          As far as I know all the function does is to scan the docs to optimise them for OCR software it doesn't do the OCR if that what you think

              You would need a workflow setup using the DMS Link Hypass App to be able to OCR documents when scanning.

                  Yes and Im the guy who can set it up and sell it to ya! *wink*

                  I suggest try DMS Link, then decide if it's for you.. Remember, OCR isn't perfect at all times. It's good to see if you like it first.
