TA 6500i Blank screen when power is switched on.

changed control panel problem still exists. checked main pcb no power to fan network board and hard drive . need to verify if main pwb is the issue any ideas suggestons?

Have you updated the firmware?

Sounds a little minor but with any strange error like this the first thing to try would be a firmware upgrade. The screen may be blank but if you used a USB with an activity light you would know that it has been recognised. Worth trying for the time it takes to do. Leave the machine for 30 minutes to make sure it had a good chance of upgrading and then power off/on.

tried updating firmware no activity light from usb also reset connections on main PWB no joy. trying the main pwb today will let u know how it turns out
