Help: Kyocera KM-C2030 setting up Network

Hi everyone,
I am kinda new with this hope I can find handy from expert here

I setting up this copier machine and found this instruction on the net as follow:

Press the utility button on the control panel
In the touch panel press the controller detail button
Press the menu button
Use the down arrow button to scroll to run setup
Select Network setup
Select Ethernet in the port setup menu
Select TCP/IP in protocol setup
you should have acces to IP configuration

I saw the button "controller detail button" when I select Network setup the whole screen is frozen so I end up to restart the machine( switch off power button), when I come back and did not see "controller detail button" any more! I try to reset the machine as I found it here

but I still can not find the button "controller detail " anywhere! Can anyone help please!

Make sure you're waiting long enough after the copier boots. The controller can take some time to boot after the copier comes ready.

I leave the machine ON since yesterday, today I tried again still not see the controller button. Is there any other way to bring back this button? I need it badly for setting up the network.

Does it have Fiery controller?? If so, bad controller or the HDD is bad. replace with a 2.5 in laptop driver and reload firmware through a centronics cable.
