FS-6530 MFP Brand New Machine constant jams in DP and also feeding from the Cassettes

May lose the client. Not much to adjust on these machines. DP is "jamming" according to client and log (but I could not duplicate) but even more worrisome is that paper from cassette 1 was running through entire machine skewed. Disabled cassette 1 and used cassette 3 and while there, no problems at all. The client came back next day and said cassette 3 is now jamming. Have pulled fuser ect (no real way to adjust much on these new models) and re-set all parts that could be pulled, but it is begginning to feel like the thing is just a lemon.


Anybody else have any similar probs. And we do have a ticket with Kyocera. They have very little to add.

We have not had any issues with the machines we have in the field. Did the customer load paper on the left side of the paper tray? We have found issues doing that in the TA205-305 series. We now tell customers to not do that with all MFPs we sell.
