[Error Code] Firmware Request - CopyStar CS-3060

Hi All,

I've got a copystar cs-3060 giving me an error code,CFB33, upon power up. Everything I've read suggest a firmware upgrade before anything else. I cannot locate this firmware anywhere since it's a "legacy device". Does anyone have a copy they can send me? I would very much appreciate it! My email is bl00513@gmail.com Thanks!!!!

Just log-in to KDAconnect and look under the Legacy section of firmware.

Thanks everyone. I got a copy of the firmware, but I cannot even detect the machine in net viewer. I guess it's time to call someone who can actually fix this.
