KM-3530 scanning issue

hi,

We have a KM-3530 in our office which was setup bu a guy who has left the company now. The problem is the machine is not scanning more than 6 pages at a time. I need to know that if this is due to machine or the setting. I tried reading the manual, but didn't find anything.

Are you scanning to email or yhe file utility?

HTTP into scanner using the IP address. Select email basic settings and under data size select non restricted.
This should take care of your problem.
