    [Electrical] Copystar CS-3040 touch display is faulty?

    My customer has a touch screen problem on a CS-3040. They have to press below the button on the touch screen to get it to repond.

    Is the tablet the solution or is it the whole assembly?

      Try initializing the touch panel in MM with 201 and see if it corrects it self.

              Just replace the tablet because enen if you do get it to work it won't last so to save the repeat call just put the part in it's cheaper this way.
