    KM 4030

    Can the scan option from the 3530 be used in the 4030???
    scanning can be sent to folder; flash drive; email ???

      yes,you can use it....KM3035,KM4035 SERIES are having same scanner card, but the strange thing is it needs individual network connection. this type of utility based scanners are used to send email,and to folder only...not possible to scan to USB flash.....
      a good machine....well engineered mechanism,user friendly design,service friendly machine...still running after crossing 15million copies.....compare to the new taskalfa series these machines are for most better......nostalgia feelings,,,,thats it.....

          You can't use a scan card from Falcon I in a Falcon II they are different. Falcon I's had that funny little board that installed on main board as well as the slide in card. Between Falcon I series they are the same though just don't forget that little board if removing the scanner from another machine.
