Hi

Can't clear message.Display shows waste toner almost full.Clear counter 921,empty box and cleaning sensor didn't help.Any suggestions?

Make sure the clear tab is clean on the inside. Other than that, it might be time to retire this machine. Parts might be an issue to find as Kyocera no longer supports this machine.

may be the counter is not resetting correctly...that is what u are getting the same message....how u are clear the counter?.....press zero key twice then press start key....may be it will work.....
