KM 5035 Passworded

Hi all here I am again this time I have a KM 5035 when I web in and try to reset the printer, it ask me for a password and i dont have it. Does anyone have an Idea....

this is the first time I have had this happen and its a leasing co purchase.

Default for the copier, at the copier would be 5000. I am assuming that you are trying to perform this through the Command Center via the internet or is it asking user anme and password?

Or 6482 , spells Mita on you phone. Not sure if this is what you're looking for?

Thanks, but i have a password problem with the Web Interface, some one set a password on it an i dont know who.. I just call mita and they had to web in remote to reset.

Jump pins 2 on the print sys, power up the copier, reset the pin back, it will reset the print sys to default

run sim 21

Actuall there are four pins and they are by the RJ45 connector. They will reset the network interface for the printer without resetting complete copier as the Sim 21 does.

Run simulation 20
