Does anyone happen to know what a C820 error code is on a Mita DC-1860?

That machine has a sorter on it and the sorter is defective. There were 4 different sorters made for that machine. the 10 bin stapling sorter was a nightmare. If it broke you chucked it in the garbage can. The other sorters where ok and you could repair them. BUT sinse there are no parts available for that old of a machine then you are SOOL.
Remove your sorter , throw it away and install a exit tray on the mache. Easy fix. -

I sold and serviced about 100 of those machines back when they were new. Good machine , but it's history now.Comment
