    reagarding KM-4035 developing units

Hi, i have a machine Kyocera Mita KM2530 which is working good except for the developing unit. I also have a non-working machine of KM4035 but the developing is good. Based on precisionroller.com, KM4035 developing unit also fits on KM2530 machine. I would like to confirm if it's okay, and also will there be a conflict on toner dropping or detection since the KM4035 dev unit is from a high speed machine?

By the way i have some machine which the coil in the dev unit are broken due to too much toner inside (which i think is a TD sensor malfunction ). Are there any possible reason why this problems occur? Thank you very much.

Kyocera parts manual lists the same part number for both models 2BJ93010, Part number at Kyocera Mita has been changed to 302BJ93018 and cost from Kyocera Mita is $138.18.

They are interchangable. Not sure about your coil spring problem.

haven't seen a problem with the springs in the devs breaking except for when a tech turned the rollers backwards
