    blank screen 3050ci

    two Taskalfa 3050ci same company different locations having the same issue.Blank screen on start up no lights on control panel.reseated all connections on main pwb also memory firmware dimm hard drive even battery same issue exists. leaning towards the main pwb had the same issue with a ta 6500i. taking the long trip with main pwb control panel memory and firmware dimm to troubleshoot. any suggestions

      I had one, it was the main pcb. When you get the new board you will see that they changed it.

          Hello , I am having the same problem, I have two 3050ci and switched main PWB's so I know for a fact it is the main PWB. the blank screen happen after I upgraded to the wrong machines firmware. So my question is how do I fix the main PWB, is there a way to wipe the memory?
